Room was not ready the time I was given I have to wait 1 hour 10 minutes same time they was dealing with other people’s and the charges was not the same which was mentioned on booking they charge extra money & cleaning was well below the level room smell bad I left the room after 2 hours & get booked on another room in different hotel

I like their rooms. It's pretty.

The worst thing was they mentioned it air conditioned. But there was no AC in the room. The staff told me they took AC for cleaning. Which was a shitty excuse. They told me rooms are cool, but I got sweaty during nights even after taking showers 🚿. Other than that, he asked me for more money, which was mentioned in booking.com. If they work on these things, the rest is great.

Nothing there was a bad smell in the bathroom

Staff is very unprofessional and not well managed

I booked air-conditioned room but there were no air-conditioned staff said they will transfer me to air-conditioned room but they didn't transferred they also didn't returned back my remaining amount. They said they will send through easypaisa but they didn't send. Location was good but they need to improve thierself. I think they need to be honest and facilitate according to booking term and conditions.

The guesthouse is very nice, the room is very clean and the location is great and the whole family is in the atmosphere.

At the time of check-in, they charged me some extra amount, although at the time of booking, all taxes were included. When I asked why you are charging me extra money, they said their are two type of taxes but didn't mention earlier before Really disappointed

My stay was terrible...

They charge me extra even they try to charge the commission of booking.com, i paid advance thats the reason they offered the stay in room where ACs is nit working.. and they say " if you don't like you can go" without refund, terrible experience
