Corner Beech House

Not far from the promenade, good views from the dining room. The room was lovely plenty of space to move and relax. Friendly welcome from Rach and nothing was too much for them. I forgot my contact lenses case and Mike brought two small glasses up for me to use for the night. Very helpful. There was everything in the room we needed. Extras were a shoe shine and sawing kit in case we needed it. Outside our room was a small chest table with dvds games, extra fruit teas, knives, forks, cups and plates for our own food if we needed them. Excellent idea not had that in a guest house before. Planning on returning soon. Very clean and fresh a great find.

There was nothing we didn’t like everything was fantastic.

Nice friendly hosts. Very clean and comfortable room. Great view over the bay from room 3. Good breakfast, cooked to order , all fresh ingredients, including home made marmalade.

Really enjoyable stay, hosts were fab, food fab, position of stay great for everywhere.

Too many stairs 😜

Rachel & Mike the proprietors were amazing, could not do enough for you. The breakfasts were exceptional with a variety of choices and everything cooked fresh. The hotel and accommodation was exceptionally clean with the softest of towels and a good stock of body wash etc. together with drink facilities in your room and copious amounts of hot drink selection. The decor spotless and calming with lovely pictures and plants and a lovely new carpet that made everything homely and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it highly enough for others to stay too! A pleasant short stroll into the centre passing numerous shops, cafes & restaurants.

Rachel & Mark was very good hosts, thought of everything for your stay .Breakfast is excellent ,a great place to stay lovely & clean ,they do a great job.

Lot of steps up to the property if elderly or have mobility issues .Nothing else .

Breakfast was excellent and personally served.

The property was immaculately clean and set to a very high standard and the bedroom was very spacious. The hosts were very sociable and delivered a superb service for breakfast.
