"Lovely stay on the edge of the Lakes."

A great location, with easy access to local food shops, restaurants, cafes and takeaways in Grange. A short walk to the promenade along the estuary and a short drive into the Lakes. Room was lovely and clean, with a comfy big bed and en-suite bathroom, and plentiful tea/coffee/biscuits. Hosts, Rach and Mike, were very welcoming and friendly and they do a fantastic choice of delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended.

"Fantastic B&B right on the edge of the Lake District"

Fantastic hospitality Rachel and Mike could not have been any more welcoming. The whole place , our bedroom the common areas and dining room were all spotless. The breakfast was top quality, don’t think we’ve ever had better

Only negative, and this is just a personal thing, I like a really dark bedroom so blackout curtains would have been better for me
