Aethra Vegan Caves

The accommodation surpassed our expectations in person! Its interior was breathtaking, boasting stunning minimalistic design and beautifully adorned with ceramic accents. The lighting in the suite highlighted its modern cave-like ambiance, enhancing the overall surreal atmosphere. The private pool was beautiful and heated when needed, completing the perfection of our stay. It's challenging to capture its beauty in words. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast! Giada treated us to homemade vegan breakfasts every morning during our stay, each one bursting with diverse flavors, from Greek to Italian and beyond. Each dish was a delightful surprise, and words can't do justice to how delicious they were. I can’t even choose a favourite! Dimitris and Giada were exceptional hosts, ensuring our time in Santorini was memorable by providing us with activities and valuable tips. They were always on hand to answer any questions, making our stay seamless and enjoyable.

Great location. Fun layout and stunning style and interior design. The village of Pyrgos is close to every thing yet not too crowded with people.

I fell in love with Aethra from the photos but it doesn't compare to reality. Unique people, unique experience. Thank you for the hospitality. A special thanks for the breakfast! ( I found the excuse i wanted to go back... I can still taste the tofu cream toast)
