Locatia, curatenia,facilitatile

Destul de dificil de gasit un loc de parcare,insa nu este ceva ce poate fi imputat proprietarului,vine cu locatia centrala

"Great location to reach the main sites in Brasov and very confinient starting point for trip into the wider Brasov area."

Great location in a side street of the main square. So you are close to the center and many shops/restaurants but the street is residential.

There is only street parking which is a hassle during the weekend when there are many people in the city

This was one of my best trips. Clean, spacious, cosy and quiet, on a main street of the town. In a 5 minute walk you may reach the restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner was extremely helpful and polite.

The only drawback is the difficult search for a parking place on the street.
