"Superb"

Everything was perfect! Heating was the only tricky characteristic.

The only minus was heating: guests could not adjust the temperature themselves, but have to write to the host to ask him/her to adjust it. Since the host is new to Booking.com, I believe the host is to improve this feature going forward.

"Exceptional"

We had a really nice staying in this apartment. All facilities are great for a family, plenty of space. The coffee was really good. The location is great, close to city center (3-4 minutes walking). The hosts are really nice and supportive. We would love to come back again in the near future.
