Basic but I had everything I needed for an overnight stay

Easy to find. Short drive from Newhaven port . Easy check in key code given prior to arrival good communication. Lovely and warm when arrived and a great little stop over for one night. Toaster. Kettle . Microwave everything you need to be comfortable for a night with a tele and fridge also. Columbo said hi on my arrival and made sure i found the key to the room. 🙏

No parking outside of the property for my motorcycle had to leave it a few doors up and over the road. The walls in this place come alive when you use the water or flush the loo the extractor fan is like a lawnmower its that loud it comical you have to go and experience it to believe me . Ive traveled a lot and its a new one on me 🤣🤣🤣

Comfy bed

Duvet a bit thin, no pillow cases for the spare pillows, only one cup and one plastic glass even though I specifically asked if there were cups and glasses at the property and was told yes so I didn’t bring my own!

Privacy, quiet location, easy bus drive to brighton, clean, easy access, comfy, ideal for a short stay and not too expensive one near Brighton

The shower could be too small for some people but I did fit in. 🤣 and though a welcomed fridge, cutlery and a kettle are in situ, no tea/coffee provided. Not a problem for me as always bring my own but just to let know other travellers.
