This is a beautiful home very close to the Royal Mile. The view from our 3rd floor room was stunning and so peaceful. Carole's breakfasts were over the top- she'd even ask us the day before what we might like for the following morning. Carole was like a best friend, mother and sister all rolled into one very special woman♥️.

"Excellent B & B in a brilliant location in Edinburgh City."

Brilliant location. We were so close to all the sights, shops, bars, Princess Street, and Edinburgh Castle. Carole was an excellent hostess and such a nice lady, and she was happy to help us in any way. Our room was lovely and airy and comfortable. Carole cooked a beautiful personalised breakfast. We so enjoyed our stay and would recommend this wonderful B&B.

"A house with the most kindest soul in Edinburgh"

We loved everything. Carole is the soul of this house. You really feel at home. Carole was always in contact with us, she replied on everything we asked since we booked the room. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. She made us an amazing breakfast, we will never forget it and it is so nice to talk with her. Great sense of humor and such a caring person. If you are coming to Edinburgh this is the right place to stay. Edinburgh as a place in my heart and mainly because of this place.

Nothing to say . Only feel sorry for not having time to stay more days but I will return❤️

"A wee slice of heaven."

Delightful breakfast, thoughtful, hot, personal, pressed coffee... all delicious. Wonderful, classic part of town, the West End, that's walkable to just about everything. Here you're staying in a beautifully restored, Georgian townhouse from the 1700s, complete with antiques. Certainly the topper of our 2 weeks. Thank you Carol and George 🧡
