Menlyn Comfort

The flat seems organized n cleaned.

They advertised the flat has internet, but they don't have it. I couldn't work. We found many things cracked in the flat as mirror, hand door, and fun base, but this is the first time when I found a place without a lamp; there wasn't light in the kitchen. The hand or looker At the top window just at the varanda wasn't tied, completely broken. The front door or main door wasn't locked properly didn't feel much safer.

Pumping pipes noise and shower.

Great location and not over expensive

The people next door were unnecessary loud and threw their cigarette stumps every where. They also left their empty beer bottles on the stairs and I tripped over it. The apparent do need special attention as it is falling apart.... curtain rail came loose straight out of the wall when I closed the curtains....

Location is perfect. Please is near the mall making it easy to get necessities

There were cockroaches in the room. They are everywhere in the kitchen, leaving room and bathroom 😏.

The location was good as we went to a show at Sunbet arena

The place needs a lot of upkeep. Toilet seat broken. Mould in bathroom. Mirrors falling apart.

It is a Bed only facility and futurization required as we saw a cockroach crawling at night

Wear and tear on the beds and could not operate the TV
