The main bed is not comfortable ....there was no hot water in the morning even burnt myself trying to store hot water using kettle

The beds are in terrible condition. There is a sharp screw sticking out the entrance door on the inside which I cut myself on when opening the door.

Location

Staff very rude, apartment untidy, no free parking like requested. Bookings took.off payment twice on the 22nd and on the 24th? Why nobody knows and nobody replies!!!!

It was clean. However very unpractical. A plug under the geyser, 1 door for shower, maybe kids can shower and there referral of a hottub is a bathtub. Bed was layed out and slept very bad.
