The Hideaway Cabin

Very comfy bed and all cared to detail they left plenty towels etc. Very cozy caravan, and lovely place to stay with green around etc. We had bad weather but would have been lovely in summer as they had tables and chairs outside etc.

The toilets weren't fully clean on arrival, sofa was a bit wonky.

Ein schön ausgestatteter caravan.

Leider war es an manchen Stellen nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank nicht ausgewischt, Krümel auf der Arbeitsfläche , die Spüle hab ich schließlich selbst gereinigt. Die Kleiderschränke sind leider mit extra Bettdecken so voll das kaum Platz bleibt. Wir haben dann das Extra Zimmer als ankleide und Ablage benutzt. Für uns ok, aber für 4 Personen unmöglich.

Nothing to find fault with. Very comfortable, good range of equipment in the kitchen, close parking. A wonderful stay.

The decor was very welcoming. Site was very tidy and clean. Seated area outside pleasant. Proximity to Whitstable sea front very good. I went with my 2 grandchildren aged 5 and 2 who loved it. Pool was quiet and clean. Staff in modest club host very friendly. An excellent stay.

Le mobil-home était grand et trés bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le fait d'avoir un petit extérieur avec une table était parfait pour manger dehors. L'endroit est assez bien situé : non loin de Canterbury en voiture et des plages environnantes. Facile de se garer à coté du mobil-home et l'endroit est calme.

Un peu plus d'attention aux détails sur la propreté serait un plus (le airfryer, la bouilloire... auraient mérité davantage de nettoyage).

caravan appears to be on a safe site with grass in between the 'homes'. There is a clubhouse and a small commnal swimming pool

Do not know what actually happened with this host as the caravan had NOT been cleaned prior to my arrival and upon inspection there were further areas that showed signs of not having been cleaned for quite a time, should anyone want more details I would be happy to elaborate. I can only assume that host, who we were told had in in residence prior to our arrival, was either not well or that is how it is thought guests dont mind it. Either way, a shock, especially as the reviews online and in host guest book say very different things to what was observed and felt. Despite a cleaner being sent in for nearly 2 hrs and bringing good clean pillows we were so disappointed and tired out after a 4 hr journey and waiting around in blazing sun down the town that we decided so much faith had been lost that we went elsewhere. Sadly the host did not appreciate the situation and refused any refund. The only glimmer of something better here is that a good clean has now been done by Linda the cleaner and anyone visiting may have a better experience.

The caravan was lovely, had every home comfort, decor was nice, clean and homely, the bed was so comfy 😊 we really enjoyed our time x

Unfortunately the caravan park and surrounding areas had no water for all of our stay, so therefore all facilities were shut on the park, no water in the caravan until the last night, but site provided bottles of water and we still had a chilled nice break x

Location was peaceful and caravan was very comfortable.

No hot water , cold showers.

Clean and modern with everything that you could possibly need. Good location, well maintained .

It was great I wouldn’t change anything

The The Hideaway Cabin in Seasalter was our first station on our South GB / Wales and Lake District vaccations. We enjoyed this first station.

Te electic vehicle charger of the ressort is something low charging. 7 kWh is labeled, 3 kWh is effective = 1 pound per kWh. Fast chargers ask for a kWh around 60 pence.
