Great location in the city center. Despite being in an old house it was clean and comfortable. Self checkin but be prepared to use automatic translation as the host only speaks Italian. Being on the last floor in a building with no lift was a bit of a challenge, especially as they are high floors and the city is very hilly anyway - so not recommended if you have mobility issues or a ton of luggage. On the plus side, the view from the apartment is great.

The only real downside (but an important one) was the shower - it was one of those fixed shower heads above you. But the shower was broken and kept spraying water in all directions, making it impossible to wash properly. At this price you would expect better, especially since it wouldn't be a huge investment.

Check-in instructions were sent by email one day in advance, which made the self check-in process smooth. The location is central and convenient. The apartment was clean, functional, and thoughtfully organized. There were many written notes and instructions placed around the flat, which actually helped a lot. The room was a reasonable size and had gas heating, as well as an orthopedic pillow. Blankets, towels, basic kitchenware (plates, cups, forks, spoons), coffee with a small cezve for preparing it, a refrigerator, and a kettle were all available. The Wi-Fi worked well.

The bathroom lighting could be improved, as not much light reaches the shower area. The interior is somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. Considering that this is relatively budget accommodation, the overall standard was acceptable. One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is on the third floor without elevator, and the stairs may not be ideal for everyone, especially when carrying heavy luggage.

Perfect location (if you get good parking), cozy little appartment with nice views at the top of an authentic historical house.
