the kitchen was well equipped, the toilet was clean, and it has alcohol to clean it with sufficient papers. the heating system was perfect.

there are no sandles in the bathroom

A LOT of stairs to climb to reach the apartment which if I'd realised I probably would not have booked. The apartment was very dated in terms of decore.… bright orange sheets and a pink duvet and the walls filled with paintings... It was all a bit much visually. Greater simplicity would be better

A few glasses in the kitchen would make a great addition.

Whilst there was a small kitchen, there was absolutely no cutlery! I made a mistake of buying a pot of yoghurt for myself and then discovered there are new spoons in the kitchen

Great location. Beautiful old building with wonderful view on valleys and Assisi. Nice bed, clean bathroom, quiet courtyard. Great price.

Internet is slow sometimes. A bit old-fashioned, especially kitchen and bathroom.

The beautiful views, the location, the bed, the cleanliness; the host was responsive. The apartment is certainly a good deal and overall a fine place to stay.

The apartment would be even better with a cutting board, electric kettle, igniter for the stove (not lighters), and at least one more drinking glass. There are 77 steps to reach the apartment, so you do need to be fit or patient. Take a cab or the Minimetrò to Pincetta - do not attempt to walk to the apartment from the train station.
