The apartment was in a perfect location and had everything we needed! We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The contact with the owner was great.

Nothing to change :) it was on the third floor, but we knew that when we make the decision.

Perfect location in the heart of historical Perugia, 5 minutes walk to Piazza IV Novembre and major attractions there. Truly beautiful views from the apartment. Very quiet area. The host was very helpful and let us come to the apartment sooner than checkin time.

Lovely accomodation in the heart of the historic part of the city. It's close to the main attractions of the city. The bus station is jus 7 minutes away and from there you can achieve any place. Amazing view from the the windows. The house is small but has just whatever you need. Perfect for young people or fit backpackers. The host is kind, available to help if you need and flexible to meet guests requests.

The consistent amount of stairs to get the mini apartment is not mentioned anywhere. Being young and fit I didn't encounter any difficulties but it can be a problem for elderly or people with small mobility issues or people travelling with luggages.

The view from the (dirty) windows, but compared to the cleanliness it has no weight. Such a pity! As soon as we arrived there was no water or red water coming out of the tap, the host was quick to send the plumber to check the problem.

Unfortunately the accommodation is really poorly maintained, greasy kitchen furniture, dirty pots, oven full of dirt (there is no microwave), forgotten rubbish bin from previous guests. There is not the slightest comfort, not even a light bulb near the bedside table. When we arrived, the bathroom had a dirty shower, urine in the toilet, hair in the sink, it didn't look like they had cleaned the house. I couldn't change apartment due to lack of time, I had unextendable work commitments, I couldn't spend my time looking for another accommodation, I adapted for a couple of days...

It’s very close to the center and good value of the money. Very clean, perfect for one person or a couple to stay. The instructions are easy to follow. You can reach it easily by mini-metro Pincetto station.

If you have heavy luggage, it might be a little bit tiring to carry. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

The location.

It was hard to get the lockbox open - we didn't know how to use it. Finally got it open. The place was a lot smaller than we thought. The kitchen was filthy. There was leftover food remnants on the plates. The glasses were dirty. We didn't find any silverware. The stove did not work. There was a lighter (supposedly you had to light the stove) - but the lighter did not work. The refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We did not use any of the dishes (very few were even available) - we bought paper plated and plastic utensils. The place needed a good cleaning!
