Hotel Gardens view

Location was ok it was away from the city center but good, hotel looks clean at the entrance dont know ow about the rooms cuz i didn't checked in.

First of all when i reach there to check in reception guy came to to serve me as normal customer but when i told him i have reservation on booking.com he told me check in time is 4PM only i told him i have mentioned check in time already while reserving he said i don't have any empty room, i said you should have to informed me earlier if there was no available room i tried to call them before reaching but no one answered. He said i can not do anything i don't have any available room just wait till 4 o clock, as he was expecting some commission but i was not willing to give him anything and i left from there to find another place which i found in few minutes and there was nothing such thing check in time limitation or anything so i took the room and after some time 15 to 20 mins the guy called me and said the room is available and i told i already got the room. So there might be 2 reasons in not providing the room 1. They dont entertain properly to booking.com customers or the receptionist seek for commission.

The location of place is wrong

Location was good.

It should be more organized and cleaned.

Furniture is old and has insects
