They canceled my booking with out informing me .even I send them confirmation that I will do late booking .I recieved notice that they red the email but they didn't answer. When I came they said that they are full ??? When I check booking at that time the apartment that they told me it was occupied was still vacant . I contacted booking customer services (egyption man) but they didn't do any thing other than waiving the cancelation penalty..I told him are you kidding me ...they canceled my booking without asking me and you are talking about penalties؟؟؟ very bad hotel and very bad customer services.
