"False advertising"

Nothing

The room is not what they advertise. Its not even in the hotel. Curtains dirty full of dust. No wifi. Not answering in reception had to wait 30 at the gate before i could enter the venue

the rooms are clean and staff friendly

the rooms need a lot of maintenance small issues but they are problems toilet seat loose shower head broken bathroom mirror broken no working tv channels maybe decoder removed

The room was not in the hotel and there was no view. The pictures on site of the room and the actual room mismatched. Hence, we left the same day.
