Position of hot tub was not private, view was disappointing, cleanliness was not to a high standard (eg tea towel not clean, cooking spoon dirty, cups dirty). Downstairs could have been cosier.
AUGreat location and nice and cosy.
Need to be advised to bring own food and drink supplies as no nearby shops open on weekends.( be good for this to be added when booking). Can have a meal at the pub at Ken Bridge Hotel about 10km away but need to prebook. Best to have a sign indicating the particular building to stay in. Needed to have a simpler TV setup.

GBThe layout was lovely, the Hot tub was amazing and Lindsey and Cruz the dog couldn’t have been nicer. The whole place is very relaxing and an excellent escape from business

GBWe stayed for a couple of nights and it was just what was needed. There were so many parts to explore and take the dog but also perfect for having a lazy day, we got to enjoy the lazy spa. Lindsey was were helpful for anything we need and very welcoming, we also got the pleasure meeting the cutest extra host Cruise! The scenery was beautiful!
GBLocation...cleanliness..peacefulness...tranquillity..dark starry skies...wildlife stroke birds stroke nature...hot tub....which is constantly hot...no noise whatsoever...loads of extras ad in bits and bobs too numerous to mention..lovely bioethonal heater...pitch black at night no light pollution..decking with bbq..couldn't see 1 inch in front of you from your bed at night which is amazing..lovely walks on doorstep..I can go on what a find...

GBGBWe loved everything about it! Our biggest thing was how dog friendly the place was, I've never stayed somewhere where I genuinely felt like my dog was as welcome as we were. The host told us about walks we could go on and offered use of a secure field. Location was perfect, remote enough for a quiet weekend away but close enough to local amenities. The hot tub was a lovely addition too. We wished we could have stayed longer it is so peaceful and made for a perfect relaxing break. Just wanted to let people know many of the things we had read in negative reviews before going had changed: There are rugs on the concrete floor Sofa bed has been updated to a lovely cosy sofa Pull out bed upstairs Heater and fan available
