It is higher up from the town but Maria drove us (and our big bags) from and to the port. Without the bags, the climb was manageable.

everything you can think of, maria provided. she was the kindest soul who picked us up from port and dropped us off. she is also a secret celebrity who featured in the legendary Mediterraneo movie. not to mention the owner of the most amazing tavern: ta platania

Nice outlook, quiet, comfortable beds, good selection of kitchen essentials, short walk to port area, nice verandah and close to Maria’s authentic restaurant. Best of all was Maria’s information about the village and her helpfulness and support driving us to and from the port to meet the ferry.

What can I say? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maria's Apartments (off-season, second half of October), the area around the house was quiet (although the school is nearby), with magnificent views around the place, and well-equipped (including the kitchen!). A good value, with Maria's restaurant with tasty home-made meals nearby (Ta Platania). The place has a modest, functional style which suits our taste, we felt welcome. It was even possible to fit in the triple room with a family of four, as there is a sofa in the kitchen/living room. Maria speaks good English and even offered a complimentary pick-up at the ferry and showed us around the neighbourhood. Everything was within walking distance from the house (the port, grocery store, restaurants, ATM, small local beach, local sights - fort etc...). I hope I can come back again one day!

Excellent location, near everything you need but also in a quiet alley. The host was amazing and ready to help for anything needed. She even picked me up from the ferry and gave me a tour of the island which was greatly appreciated! Would stay there again next time <3

Day tours are not enough for this beautiful and peaceful island. And if you decided to stay a night or two in Kastellorizo I strongly recommend Maria's apartments. The apartment is clean, spacious and is equipped with everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Maria is a wonderful host, she picked us up at the port and showed us around the town. She is kind hearted, attentive and very helpful. The pictures on the website are accurate and truly reflect the real state of the apartment. All equipments are in working conditions and the beds are very comfortable.

We loved absolutely everything

The island Kastellorozio is really worthwhile to visit. I arrived from Kaş/Turkey and left for Rhodes. Maria's Apartment is a very good value. There is a good equipped kitchen, shower and a very comfortable bed. Maria is very helpfull and informativ. She picked up and delivered me from/to the ferry harbour. I enjoy every moment in the island.j

Beds are very uncomfortable. When you pull the bathroom curtains, you can take a shower with them.
