Maria's Apartments

Maria met me at the airport and made me feel very welcome. She gave me a lot of information about Kastellorizo. The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. When my ferry was cancelled she advised me what to do. She worked in the family restaurant close by and was always available. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The steep steps down to the waterfront and of course the climb back up.

Beautiful spacious with a lovely balcony which was sunny all day. Had all the equipment I needed in the kitchen, Maria who was so helpful picking me up at the port and showing me locations there, she also took me back to the port.

Maria met us off the ferry as she has before. Great personal service, as the walk up from the harbour with heavy cases would be difficult. Maria is the best host you can imagine and also owns the wonderful ‘Ta Platania’ restaurant in the square near the apartments. This is a hidden gem with wonderful home-cooking; the stuffed onions are out of this world and must be ordered!! If you take just the one photograph of the fabulous view of the beautiful church with the mountain backdrop from the terrace outside the apartment, I’d be surprised. We love Kastelorizo and we love Maria, her apartments and her restaurant!❤️

Nothing could have been better.

What a great location and a great host. Walk to the port or walk to Mandraki. I was picked up at the port and dropped back to the port. Maria was very kind and helpful. She has a great restaurant in the square near to the accommodation. Ta Platania

Incredible hospitality! The lady owner waited for us on the harbour and drive us back on the last day, even though it was nearby. The house is very cozy and clean! A definite must!

Maria was absolutely wonderful! So kind and flexible, and she picked me up and dropped me off at the place - would absolutely recommend staying with her (and going to her amazing restaurant just outside!)
