Batur Exotic Villa

The location is excellent if you want to hike up My Batur. You begin the hike from the very villa. Excellent view from the room, which by the way is spacious and feels brand new. Friendly host and staff that go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.

The food could be improved-it was saltier than my taste. Accessibility to the villa might be an issue because it requires driving up a steep path.

Perfect Stay for Your Mt. Batur Hike! I had an amazing stay at Batur Exsrica – highly recommend it, especially if you’re planning to hike Mt. Batur! The hotel offers a local guide for the sunrise hike, and mine, Wayan, was incredible! We reached the top in time, had fun, and the best part – the hike starts right from your room. No need for crazy early wake-ups – 3:30 AM is enough. Nyoman is an excellent host – so kind and welcoming. As a solo female traveler who doesn’t ride a scooter, I felt very safe and looked after. Nyoman and his team made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Aditt even took me on a small day tour, which I really appreciated! The swimming pool was nearly finished during my stay, but there’s a newly opened hot spring nearby – perfect for relaxing after your hike. If you book a room here, you’re in for a memorable and effortless Mt. Batur experience. I’d definitely come back!

Host was super friendly. Spotless room. Shower amazing, wifi good, breakfast also good and the view is beautiful.

The accommodation is very well located, close to Mount Batur. The hiking trail to the summit starts on the property itself. The hosts are very kind and provided us with all the information we needed for the hike. A special thanks to Nyoman, who even lent appropriate footwear to my husband, as he hadn’t brought his sneakers. The room was clean and had new bed linen. I recommend it.

Nothing negative to say about the accommodation

Everything is new and clean. The owner is friendly and helped me to get a great driver for both days. The first day I arrived late so they cooked me a tasty dinner.

The location! We liked being so close to hike Mt Baktur.

The flies were a nuisance in the evening but the expansive views were breathtaking, just plan to watch the sunset from your room or the restaurant.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s located right in the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I was quiet and I enjoyed listening to the silence My room was spacious, clean, and had floor-to-ceiling windows – which was my favorite part! Waking up and seeing the mountains and the lake right from bed was magical. If you’re looking for rest and nature, this is the place to be. I’d definitely come back!
