The staff was really nice, the room was clean and nice.

The bed was really comfortable and all the amentities worked perfectly. This is an excellent acommodation for those who plan to hike Mt Batur as the hiking trail starts almost from the house.

The road, which google maps suggests to the acommodation is very very rocky and horrible. However there is another slightly better road, which the owner of the place can show. Outside of hiking Mt Batur there is nothing to do in the area as the location also is quite far from everything. The construction quality of the house doesnt seem to be too good as birds tried to get in the room through the ceiling nook. We saw one bird looking from the nook while lying in bed.

A fantastic property, ideal for the early morning climb to the top of Mount Batur to see the sunrise. The property is clean and spacious and right at the base of Mount Batur - no need for early morning transport. Nyoman, the host, is super helpful, and answers questions via WhatsApp very quickly. He arranged for transport to and from our accommodation in Sanur as well as for a local guide (Grey) to take us up the volcano. To note, the property is not close to any restaurants or shops as it is literally at the base of Mount Batur.

Very new villa, pool and surrounding areas still been built - will be a good complex when they have finished it all maybe in a few years! Very clean - large rooms high ceilings Comfy bed and fresh linen Really good location for starting the Mt Batur hike which was the purpose of our visit

Not much else around - the Vila is about 20 mins walk from other places and any restaurant or shops

Perfect for the Batur Hike! Very pleasant host who helped us arrange the hike, transport (to and from) and offers great food.

For us nothing. Please bear in mind the place is a bit up the mountain so the road is not that great at the end and the villa is a bit further away from the village (which was no problem for us).

The location was perfect for before or post Mount Batur hiking. Large sized rooms and bathroom. Plenty of hot water for showers and mini split for comfortable room temperatures. Breakfast was freshed cooked and delicious. Staff were super accommodating with last minute hiking arrangements and transport to and from dinner.

Property access is tricky
