It was nice that the house heater was on before we arrive, the house was nice and warm when we arrived. The spa was excellent and also the hot shower was good. Everything is clean and tidy. Just a little unexpected about the sleepout, but it was nice.

The hot tub was amazing. The shower pressure was great and the bed was really comfy. I enjoyed the couches and streaming services provided were relaxing of an evening.

The location was great! So close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the spa and loved how the under stair lighting was set up. It gave a modern feel. We also enjoyed the heating lamps in the bathroom and use of the kitchen, washer, and dryer. The neighborhood seemed very safe. We really loved that there was a separate unit which provided space and privacy.

We enjoyed everything but just some helpful comments. Wanted to give you a heads up that the silver tongs in the kitchen are broken or close to breaking. Sorry, to mention this as well but some of the pans have scratched non-stick bottoms which can be a hazardous to your heath. Lastly, the couch cushions are getting a little worn. I sat on the love seat mostly and noticed it caved in towards the center. With all that said though, it was not a big deal. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would suggest this place to other travelers.

The layout, set up and hot tub were all excellent. The place was so clean and there were lots of add on provided to make our stay easy like laundry powder and dishwashing tablets. So glad we didn't need to think about that stuff. The washing machine was a godsend and got a good run. All the beds were super comfy. The location was perfect giving us quick and easy access to all of our planned activities in and around Rotorua. House is also on a very quiet street so no noise from the roads

The place is nice and comfy perfect for a family of 6. The location is ideal, close to almost everything (Woolworth only 5 minutes away). Would love to come back next year ! Thanks for having us ☺️

Outdated bathrooms.

The house was well presented, clean and tidy. Guest book, Informative, clear Instructions. Host very open communicator, which I appreciate.

If I had to say one thing, it would be that the spa needs more instructions on how to maintain PH levels, a chlorine puck, and tablets would have helped. Otherwise, there really isn't any downside.
