A kettle to boil water for tea would have made it perfect!

Thanks, Sergio, for our comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island. We had a bonus: the flexibility to choose our check-out time. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had a big private yard where we could enjoy our meals. The surrounding nature made our stay even more relaxing. A bus stop was just a few minutes away, and a large supermarket was within walking distance.

The room at "Relais Villa Agave" is simple and functional, but it has everything which is important to me. It has a beautiful balcony where you can sit even in winter, if the sun is out. You have a gorgeous view on the open sea and also a not less impressive view on the highest rocks of Monte Epomeo (I recommend to take the bus up, have a walk to the volcanic mountain and try the local rabbit "Corniglio alla Ischitana"). Although many prefer Ischia Porto as a residence. This point of the island is properly opposed to it on the other side. This is not a problem, because the public traffic is so well organised that a bus goes every 15 minutes during the day, every 30 minutes during the later evening. The neighbours around the house are extremely nice and helpful, Ischia is like a big family. Breakfast is not included, but you can go to a tabbaccheria right the corner which has a coffeebar and from there it is also possible to have a beautiful walk down to the local beach (Posidonia). But you can also take the bus to the town Forio and have a coffee at the landlord Sergio's bar right at the entrance of Forio. I am looking forward to a next time!
