Very likable host, made sure we had everything we needed. Good location

Quiet location but near bus stops to get around the island and walking distance from two beaches. Fridge in the room is very helpful especially in hot weather. Excellent air con. Terrace and clothes drier nice to have. . Mattress was comfortable, owner is lovely. Good value for money.

Everything was good but the pillows could be replaced as they were a bit old and lumpy.

PERFECT location, well communicated property owner who we got to meet on a daily basis at his cafe (where delicious complimentary breakfast was served … still dreaming about the bruschetta). The room was well equipped with bedding and lots of towels and a beautiful patio with a view of the mountains and ocean. There was a nice drying rack which was great for our wet bathing suits. I highly recommend staying here!

The AC unit didn’t work but it wasn’t needed our time of year so we weren’t as affected.

A very perfect accommodation experience! The house is very beautiful and clean, with carefully planted plants and flowers in the yard. My room is also very warm and tidy. It is very quiet here at night, and it is very comfortable to stay here! The host Sergio is a particularly warm and kind person, caring about my experience like an old friend. He gave me great travel advice and his bar serves delicious croissants and coffee every morning. In addition, the panini I had there was unforgettable! On the day I had to leave, I felt very reluctant because I didn't want to leave this house and this island at all.😭😭 This is the life I have been dreaming of... I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Ischia and stay at Sergio's house in the future!❤️❤️❤️

It would be even better if the water pressure in the room were a bit higher!

The location is peaceful and well connected with transport throughout the island.

Breakfast is served at the bar which is outside the property and it wasn’t specified on booking. Facilities needs an upgrade , toilet flush not working properly. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Last but not least the owner and his partner were smoking at the bar while serving . Spend your money elsewhere.

It was cosy and quiet. The area is well served by busses and Sergio is very friendly. His bar 'Con Zucchero o Senza' is a great place to enjoy breakfast.
