"Could be a cute collection of cabins if the owner gave a damn"

Location and the exterior

Filthy and not maintained, bathroom was partly demolished and then an old sofa was put in to cover up the demo. The towel bar was hanging off the wall. Old food was left in the refrigerator from prior guests. The soap supplied at the bathroom sink, the bottle was so disgusting I couldn't touch it.. the ceiling fan didn't work. The light switch plates were so grimy it was had to touch it. The front door and the lock looked the door had been kicked in at one point. The restaurant across the street has a live band playing all day and all night.

Close to Village

Super uncomfortable bed mattress, the cabin literally smells like shit and piss and keeping window open does not help. TV didn’t even work right.

"Perfect Glamping cabin, quiet and cozy and super ease access to the village and lake."

Location is excellent.

Buy some actual curtains and curtain rods. Provide a table and chairs inside. Install screen doors. Put a decent light in the ceiling fan and provide the ability to change fan speed.
