I love how cozy it was, also how close it was from the village. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was great

Good location- close to shops and eateries around village area. Easy check in with remote code.

Told I was going to have to pay an additional fee for pet after the confirmation was made and non-refundable payment was made. When I pointed out this was never part of the initial registration, was told they MAY charge for pets (I have this in writing) but never elaborated on what their criteria was. I offered to immediately leave as we had not unpacked if they would refund my room charge, and all I got was a bunch of annoying texts and screenshots which pretty much ruined our evening as this went into the night. On top of that the room was filthy. One of the towels on the counter looks like they used it to clean the floor. Coffee service in room was two coffee cups with filter packs. No creamer, sweetener, or for that matter not even a napkin or paper towel. Wad of gum on the exposed piping next to the toilet. Toilet not even affixed to the floor- wobbled when sat on. Bed was horrible- old metal bedsprings that squeaked all night to the point neither of us slept, and thin mattress was crappy. Door had a gap that allowed breezes in and made it easy to see into and out of door even when shut and locked. Even the sink was crappy- had a cold handle mislabeled on the hot side and the other tap was not marked. Clearly they put minimal effort into barebones maintenance- no effort at upkeep, place is dated and dilapidated- which makes it laughable that they would try to nickel and dime us with a surcharge for a pet given how dingy the place is. Location great. That is the only thing going for the place. I never write reviews but I would give this place a minus rating if possible...it was really that bad.

We love the area and other cabins in the past

Was not clean no where to hand towels or clothes the towels were stained yellow in spots the smell of gas from the gas fireplace was horrible the cabin was patched together One of Their other cabins was great in the past

Easy to book, check-in yourself. Easy code access.

It was freezing cold outside and the thermostat wasn’t working. It stayed on pilot and didn’t get warm.

Close as hell to the village.

That we had to leave.
