Phoenix Palm Motel

We liked staying there because it was close to where we were going during the day. Also has close access to the motorway and not far to Remuera shops.

First impression driving in the entrance is that it is in need of some attention to the surrounds and grounds!

I didn’t like how there was no duvets on the bed just a sheet and a fluffy blanket. Shower doors were not that clean.

Great location, quiet and comfortable.

I would have liked a dishcloth to wipe down the benches.

The location to shops and SC Hospital was fantastic

Great location, very quiet and convenient. Friendly staff and lovely refurbished unit with all you could want including oven, air conditioning, bath and comfy beds. Parking right outside unit. Would highly recommend to others.

Fridge a bit noisy in lounge where bed was. Limited sky channels. No milk provided so would need to provide your own (creamer in packets instead)

Location is ideal! Hotel is clean and tidy, and staff is very friendly.

They need to upgrade their TVs to smart TVs with Chromecast enabled.

our room had an extra bed which was very hard single bed
