Good location but unlikely to return

Beds are way too hard

Had a parking right next to our room. Was pretty good value for money.

The fire alarm was making a single beep sound after every minute or two. That was so annoying, we only found that out when we were about to sleep and there was no staff so couldnt ask them to sort it. It was pretty hard to sleep cause or that.

Location was good, having 2 doors was great for airflow and keeping room cool, the roller blinds excellent for privacy and bl8cking out sun.

Not clean, fridge not wiped out, dishcloth looked like it didn't get changed, no milk,, no tea towel, bed was hard pillows weighed so much, the shower inside was just awful, and the drainer had someone else's hair still in it. Shower door didn't close properly and toilet seat loose.. we had to ask for new towels and tea n coffee wasn't topped up. As I was in Akl for an eye procedure I spent most of the first day in the unit..

It was close to the hospital and restaurants

Very handy to the hospital Great value for money The owner was very helpful I really appreciated the care and service
