Rose Fort Homestay

Toto ubytování bylo naprosto výjimečné, za celý měsíc na Srí Lance bylo toto nejlepší. Velké pohodlí, cítili jsme se jako doma, máte k dispozici celé vrchní patro. Majitel je strašně ochotný, pomohl, poradil, dali jsme si skvělou večeři a moc hezky si s ním popovídali. Opravdu jsme si zde odpočinuli.

Nos hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse et très disponibles pour nous guider dans notre voyage sur la péninsule de Jaffna. Le lieu était tranquille et confortable. J’ai adoré!

Extrême gentillesse de notre hôte avec qui nous avons eu des conversations très enrichissantes. Repas du soir excellents et variés. Chambres très simples mais litterie confortable. Les chambres donnent sur une grande pièce ( salle de séjour et salon)qui s'ouvre sur une très belle terrasse. Nous recommandons fortement Rose Fort home stay . Jean Claude ( France)

Amazing place, beautiful garden, quiet area, warm supporting family. We enjoyed our stay here very much, the family was very supporting and took good care of everything.

Enorm ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen! We hebben hier enorm genoten van onze tijd in Jaffna. Het is rustig gelegen met een een tuktuk ben je zo in hartje centrum.

Lovely, cosy spot in Jaffna. Clean accommodation with great air conditioning units in each bedroom. Kaja and his family went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time in Jaffna. He also had great recommendations for tours and things to do both in Jaffna and other parts of Sri Lanka. Not quite walkable into town due to dogs and traffic but was a short and cheap tuktuk drive away to the main attractions.

We had a great time at this place. We booked two rooms for four of us and the entire 1st level was given to us. It had two rooms (3rd one we didn’t need), a spacious hall and a large balcony area. The place had all the basic essential amenities that is needed. Entire place was clean and clutter free and a modern bathroom with a heater (although we didn’t really need it as the weather was warm). The host Gajan was very friendly, helpful and very good at what he is doing. Always trying his best to make our stay is comfortable. And the best part of our stay was the food. Very delicious home cooked meals served at very affordable price. These days a lot of restaurants in Jaffna are heavily westernised and If you are after an authentic Jaffna meals, this is the right place. Homestay provides laundry services as well, so that you don’t have to worry about running out of cloths even in the warm weather. Definitely we will stay there again.

Le logement en lui même est superbe, grand et propre. L’hôte est très accueillant et les discussions que nous avons pu avoir nous ont fait découvrir la vie au nord du Sri Lanka. Petits déjeuners délicieux.
