Epic Wild Wilpattu

Sehr gute Lage zum Nationalpark ansonsten sehr ab vom schuss - also gut zum entspannen. Der pool ist sehr angenehm. Das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Leider war unser Warmwasser in unserem Bungalow ausgefallen und eine Reperatur während unseres Aufenthalts war nicht möglich. Daher kurz und kalt duschen. Die Fliegen sind sehr lästig vor Ort. Hier kann die Unterkunft jedoch nichts dafür - das liegt an der Lage.

Unser Gastgeber war ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Er kochte für uns ein fantastisches Rice and Curry mit Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten (Nachschlag kostenfrei inklusive) und organisierte eine private Safari zum exklusiven Sondertarif – inklusive gekühltem Lunchpaket. Die Anreise mag etwas holprig sein (aber auch per Tuk-Tuk machbar), doch die Lage entschädigt für alles: Nur einen Katzensprung vom Wilpattu-Nationalpark entfernt, wähnt man sich mitten im Paradies. Besonders magisch: Wenn man in der Abenddämmerung von den Dächern der Villen die Tierwelt beobachtet. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Das Poolwasser war etwas trüb als wir da waren. Das wäre neben allen herausragenden Elementen noch ein zusätzliches Upgrade.

Nous avons pu réserver directement avec l’hôtel la jeep pour le safari a Wilpattu, ce qui était très pratique. Design de la chambre originale et très jolie. 2 jours suffisent.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse, nos ayudaron mucho con la contratación del safari para el parque natural. La comida en el restaurante fue muy rica.

Todo fue muy bien.

The Epic Wild Wilpatthu is located just 5 minutes to the entrance of the National Park. The staff is flexible and amazingly helpful in this jungle-feeling hotel. The food was homemade from their heart and really good quality. The speed of the Wi-Fi is strong

Krásné místo, velmi milá a ochotná obsluha, vše zařídili.

Na poměry velmi drahé jídlo i pití (asi nejdražší, co jsme na Srí Lance měli).

Love the location and hospitality of the team at location. Super team. Was able to see many birds in the evening while staying around the pool area.

Room what we got was small, water draining at shower area is slow, also door of bathroom can't close properly ones come out from washroom.
