Sai Celebrations Inn Shirdi

Hotel sai celebration. Nice location right besides sai teerth dham, walking distance from mandir and good travel arrangements provided by the hotel management from hotel to mandir gate. Timely drop and pickup too. Rooms well furnished and well maintained. We are very thankful to the reception for providing the room a lot earlier than the checkin time. No person provided for luggage drop to room. We did it ourselves. Breakfast was ordinary and the biggest gripe was no tea, coffee, Milk and sugar sachets provided in spite of repeated reminders. Other than this a good stay option in shirdi.

It will be a long one... 1) Hospitality - 0. When we entered the first thing which we were asked was to pay in advance. I tried to explaining that I have already paid the advance and remaining I will pay at checkout on which the staff told me that they have the unique policy to pay in advance itherwise the owner will deduct it from the staff salaries which we dint wanted so, I requested to allow checkin and I will pay. 2) No sense behaviour of staff - Dispite of me telling to pay my parents were continuously reminder by different staff member to pay. 3) the lobby windows were opened due to which flies mosquitoes were coming in and were able to get in to guests room. I was informed to close the window on my own if I have problems. As there was no one available. 4) Staff hospitality - room service dint came even after multiple calls. When the person came he very rudely mentioned to my parents that he is the only night staff for all floor and it's not his problem if TV is not working. We as guests needs to learn to wait. Overall one of the worst days experience I had I really wished I would have selected one of the arasham over this hotel.

It was a pleasant stay for a day. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

Few more facilities should be added like dental kit,and towels without asking.

management is very poor ..they r serving food like they dont like us ..mr mayank is very helpfull thanks to them

one staff person is there with glasses ..he behavior with guest so poor

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing and ready to help with everything. No time waste. Food was great too and timely delivery inside the room.
