The location was good, The room service food and breakfast buffet was good. Few staffs were really very good and polite

When I arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't ready. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes which was okay with me. As it was Sunday, I understand it was busy. But after waiting for more than 30 minutes when I got to my room, i was shocked and surprised. I have been working with 5 star hotels for 10 years and I know how housekeeping works. The moment I entered my room, I noticed the bed linens were not changed. I took the duvet upside down and noticed that the bedsheet, duvet cover and pillow covers were not changed from the previous guest. Immediately I called the housekeeping personnel who were working outside my room. Even after showing them the bed linen conditions, they didn't accept that the linens were from the previous guest and were not changed. Later someone came and changed the linens giving excuses that it was a new boy who just joined and doesn't know the job properly. Towels were not placed in the room. When I asked for it, they gave me 2 HAND TOWELS. When I asked for BATH TOWELS, he said we don't have bath towels. Shower curtains were dirty and were not cleaned since ages as there are lots of soap deposits on it. Bathroom corners are getting black. It's a good small hotel but housekeeping needs to improve.
