The Attic

I usually struggle when away with wifi as I'm a heavy user due to Youtube and social media work, I didn't have any issues here the connection was very stable. The hosts were very friendly and I spent some time talking to them. The room was very clean and well kept The room had a whole host of kitchen stuff

Height issues in the bathroom but that was obvious from the booking stage, I'm also not a small chap but the cleanliness and room in general made up for it, it was very reasonably priced for what you got. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again so it wasn't that much of an issue

I was very very happy with the Attic. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and the room was brilliant! Comfy bed, clean, impressive kitchenette for a room of this type, and all in all great!

Slightly awkward in places with the sloping ceilings (e.g. using one side of the bed, the bathroom) but not a problem when we were used to it - and thats not a fault on the room or the hosts part, just a slightly awkward fact of the building. Other than that it was great.

Lovely and clean and all the facilities you could want for a short break in the mini kitchen area. Good base for the Peak District. Family happy to chat and give suggestions of things to do but equally give you your space.

If you’re tall then may struggle with ceiling heights but didn’t impact me at all

The room was very clean and comfortable! Bed cosy, towels smelt amazing! So clean. Had a useful kitchen area with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, cups, plates etc, good shower, heater and fan to use if needed, lots of space for storage, perfect location for hiking local areas. Owner informative and friendly during message communication Got to meet their pet rabbits and guinea pigs which was lovely :)

.... maybe just watch your head in the bathroom, and when getting into one side of the bed. (As the name suggests, it's an attic room) But overall, it really wasn't an issue to us
