Location was perfect for my destination. The staffs were very professional. Staff readily available to assist when in a difficult situation. The staffs have very good skills in interpersonal relation

"My stay was comfortable but for the price I would be fair to say that I expected more from Mayfair hotel."

Location was great

The shower was wobbly and the sink tap was the same. The internet was intermittent and very slow. The pillows were very soft and only three for two adults which wasn’t ideal. Their full English breakfast was at best can only be described as continental breakfast and that’s being diplomatic.
