YAM HOTEL

The hotel double booked us which was completely unacceptable. It was the fault of their booking system, so not entirely their fault, but they could have realised a lot sooner. I would avoid, or double check they have your booking first!!

El cuarto era enorme, muy limpio y bien distribuido.

The staff of the hotel were fantastic! they were very friendly and answered everything when needed even if they were not in the place! They answered our reservation very fast at last minute at night and the check in process was great at midnight. They made us feel safe in our last minute situation and the attention was great! Thank you for everything, if we go back to Mazunte for sure will be staying here again!

Todo esta hermoso, muy limpio, cómodo y buena ubicación.

En recepción la mayor parte del tiempo no hay nadie

L’espai, la terrassa amb piscina i el wc que era enorme amb una dutxa àmplia. Cada dia netejaven la terrassa i la piscina. A més ens deixaven capsules de cafè per esmorzar cada matí. L’habitació compta amb AC però també amb ventilar, fet que vem agraïr molt. A més està molt ben aïllada de l’exterior per a que no entrin els insectes.

Esperavem que estiguès una mica més aïllat del bullici del poble. I les habitacións del pis de baix no considerem que es pugui dir que tinguin vistes al mar ja que quasi no es veu.

El hotel está muy cómodo y limpio. Ubicación excelente.

Falta más presencia de personal/seguridad. La recepción siempre está sola y cualquier persona puede entrar al hotel.

Close to the beach and restaurants…

A little slippery when it rains. Watch your step when walking down to the street.
