The place is clean and confortable. The location is.perfect close to the visitor center. Saddam is a nice.and helpful host. Thanks you for all.

Very close to the entrance of Petra, this guesthouse offers great beds and clean rooms. We were positively surprised by the accommodation after taking the public stairs from the main road. Saddam is continuously improving/expanding the guesthouse; when we were there he was making the roof terrace winter proof. They offer breakfast/lunch boxes for your Petra trip and can provide a authentic dinner if you let it know upfront. He can give you tips for restaurants or a good local super market as well.

Good location only 7-10min to Petra main gate with restuarant along the way. Compact room for 4 but good for us.

The guest house is up on the hill,need to walk up high.not suiatble for large luggages. Constrution noise from above apartment on 6-9pm.

The location is up a very steep walkway and can be a problem for older people. But once up there the view and rooms at really good for the price. Sort of more a home stay then a hotel. Very laid back. When i walked up for checkin there was no one on the 'reception' though the door was open. I had to shout and the owner came down apologising as I could see that he had been sleeping. This was 10.00 am. Once there things went smoothly. One of the shower brackets were broken, but no big deal. As I said a good homestay but not a 'hotel' in that sense of the word. I would stay again though. They should improve the signposting to the direction of the hotel. very difficult to locate.

The host is super friendly and helpful. We picked us up with his car when we could not find the place and offered free laundry service (which was very nice after 6 days of camping). We enjoyed a lovely home cooked meal. Very central location; 10 min walk from Petra entrance.

They were very attentive to my various requests. They were also really helpful with advice on transportation to other cities. I would also like to thank them for teaching me Arabic as a Japanese teacher. شكرا. It's less than a 10 minute walk to Petra.

Quais was very helpful and flexible with breakfast and dinner times. The food his mother made was very nice. The location is very close (walking distance) to the entrance of Petra. The location is up some steep stairs on the hill, so not suitable for everyone.
