They room service boys cooperative provide me breakfast tea on my expense coz food not included in charges.

They had no idea about my pre booking. Gave me the very dirty room no warm water for first night and first day. TV was broken no intercom available. Very very bad and expensive experience. Didn't provide me that room which I saw in photos.

The facilities and promises are totally fake the rate on. Booking.com and on the property are totally wrong pictures and rooms are totally fake and the staff is illtrate and misbehave all the time no drinking water facilities no leds you can say there is nothing at the property
