Nothing is to liking about

I didn't like it at all, they showed different room in the bookings.com, provide us totally worse dirty room, the staff is totally piece crap, didn't listening, I argued that I we want to switch to that room which we picked, but they didn't listen, we have luggage and tired so we didn't leave the that hotel, we had to stay, but disappointed obviously, I won't recommend to any to stay in that hotel, they are fraud people.
