Gem in Papanui Christchurch

Space for our family to meet up/stay together while visiting our daughter and granddaughter in Christchurch. Kitchen, bedrooms, lounge, toilet and bathrooms quality and ratio is all excellent.

Very modern apartment. Wifi, bedding, and appliances were all top of the line and the place was more than well stocked. We were happy with the space and was conveniently placed next to countdown.

The upstairs shower in the master bedroom had an odor coming from the drain also it was great that there was fresh fruit available but unfortunately on arrival there was some, what I would assume is fruit flies present on the fruit itself.

It is a spacious house. 3 toilets and 2 bathroom which are more than enough for our family. 3 cosy bedrooms with comfort mattresses Excellent WIFI and heat pumps It's great for family with baby or toddler as high chair, safety gate and story books are available.

The garage is too small for medium size car or Ute, so my Ute parked on street.

Place was very clean., the host also gave us ingredients, washing materials etc that made it easy to cook and do laundry. Host also gave us a list of eateries, malls, activities etc that made it easier for us to decide on what to do daily.

Set up is thoughtfully designed. Amenities and location were great. Near the Northland mall and a few supermarkets.

Loved that they left fruit, breakfast basics and tea/coffee makings including real milk.

Everything was good, there’s even a welcome bowl of fruits, bread, cereals, milk. There’s Netflix and strong internet service. The only downside if we can call it that is the lack of manual for the dryer.
