We had cockroaches coming up from the shower drain. They took care of it really quickly and helped us move rooms.

La atención fue lo mejor. Lizberh nos recibió y atendió super amablemente. Muy cómodo, con una cocina de uso común (muy práctica). El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo y todo cerca.

I loved Lisbet. She was very helpful, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and a great place to unwind after checking out the sites in Mazunte. It is beautifully decorated. Me and my adult children enjoyed immensely our stay here. We would come again.
