"great location just outside Barnstaple, good value for a 4 person stay for one night"

easy check in and check out, clean caravan, plenty of space for the 4 of us for one night.

double bed a bit hard, twin room is quite narrow so if you were staying for longer not ideal, fine for smaller kids

"We really enjoyed our stay."

The location both in terms of the local area and the position on the park. Very clean and tidy inside. TV selection was good and a well stocked kitchen. The en-suite was a nice bonus from the main bedroom. Big windows meant a bright and airy feel.

The WiFi was sporadic and generally poor. This was important as we had to work.

Perfect location near Barnstable town 10mins not far from coast has internet and prime video, heating was great beds comfy .
