Extremely clean, spacious living area and good communication

The caravan was lovely, clean and tidy and had lovely little home features. Tv and WiFi which was a godsend with two young children first thing in the morning. Nice location and easy to get around! Perfect for us

Communication with the owner was great and accessing the property straightforward. Good to have the flexibility to book the dates that suited us rather than having to book a from Saturday to Saturday. Spacious, comfortable lounge and spacious double bedroom with lots of storage.

Our biggest problem was the lack of phone signal in combination with no access to the WiFi. The property doesn’t advertise WiFi so this isnt a complaint, but just to let people know there is also no phone signal. We generally didn’t find the beds comfortable but appreciate this property is at the more budget end of the scale. However we really didn’t like the bedding at all, very heavy duvets and strange, linen with a shiny, plasticky feel to it. A little more cutlery would be appreciated (eg there 2 teaspoons) and a larger frying pan. Two hob knobs were broken but I think are about to be replaced. The double bed is very squeaky and the curtains in the lounge are very light with no covering over the door so would suit a heavy sleeper.

A few small issues. No instructions for the central heating. Took time to figure it out + most rad valves were turned off? Tap loose in the bedroom toilet. Hot basin tap in the shower room dripping. No instructions for the bluetooth pairing with I phone. No pin code to allow pairing, although tried 0000 and by chance it worked.

The size and the location.

Tiny thing but the decking wasn’t secure so I couldn’t let my dog out unless I tied him up.
