breakfast was very limited, only cakes and coffee

freezingly cold water in the shower, very cold in the room, poor wifi connection. extremely expensive food.

Very nice spot. Wonderful setting. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast.

One of us really bothered by water smell, the other didn’t notice it at all. Don’t know what to make of those different reactions. Maybe if you know you’re sensitive to odors, this is not best spot for you? Also, wifi didn’t work, but we had fine reception so it didn’t matter.

The location is beautiful but without a car you are stuck. The rooms and pool were lovely

There was no breakfast. It was a coffee which we needed to ask several times for and a cake

Staff and breakfast was shockingly bad. Breakfast consisted of stale cake and the tiniest cup of coffee. Staff treated us like we were an inconvenience

What a find. I had been driving to many locations during the day taking pictures in Tuscany. I was ready to relax and picked this location because it has a restaurant. WOW, Everything was great for me plus made my day. I cleaned up and headed down for dinner and was surprised by the incredible service and very good food. The waitress (Asia) made my day. She was kind, funny, helpful and very engaging, which made the entire experience FUN. The chef came out and made sure everything was tasty and the host was very helpful. Plus, I had many memorable laughs as well. made my day!
