close to motorway but very secluded

The room was nice with a beautiful view. Parking was good.

The owner was not friendly. When we went down for breakfast, they just ignored us, not saying hello or anything to us. Nothing. When saying thankyou for breakfast, didn't Even Look us. Very cold atmosphere. .Breakfast was very very minimal. Just yougurt and fruit. No glasses on The table.

I like the location and the building itself

- pillows was a disaster. I did not sleep! - bad bed, - you heard the neighbours all the time...

Beautiful grounds and easy parking

The staff were incredibly rude, we arrived early and were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm (in a very hostile way) fair enough though, we went back after 3pm and there was no one to check us in. finally on check in there was no information given about breakfast or anything at all. Pretty much here’s your key, don’t make a mess. The water stank of metal (maybe from an old tank/pipes) so we didn’t feel too clean after showering. The bed was old and had springs digging in our backs. We were very pleased that we had an early start in the morning.

Location is beautiful. The building and the grounds look amazing. I was satisfied with the room. There is plenty of parking. It is in a good area to explore places like Siena and Montepulciano. There is a restaurant downstairs with great food and their waitress was super nice.

I did not feel welcome at all. Hospitality was seriously lacking during my stay. No smiles, no welcome, I could barely get a good morning out of her. I was left to sit in the rain outside for almost 2 hours before I could check in, even though I mentioned my arrival time in Booking and it was confirmed. Then I did not even get an apology and was sort of just given the key and they left again. Breakfast the first day was abysmal: I could choose 2 kinds of pie (peach or chocolate) and got a coffee, that's it. The next day, when I wasn't the only one having breakfast anymore, there were eggs and ham and croissants and everything. Just because there is only one person having breakfast shouldn't mean it's not up to the standard. At the day of checkout the host was screaming at someone on the phone, which made me super uncomfortable. All in all: would not come back, but I'm sure she just had a really bad week. Shouldn't reflect on the hospitality, but hey, we are all human..

The breakfast was good. We all loved the food served in the restaurant, which is also well frequented by locals. The staff was very helpful.

They ask to use swimming cap to use the swimming pool. You can buy it with them, but I think it should not be obligatory.
