Beautiful house in excellent location.

This is a lovely three bedroom property (one bedroom ensuite) with two reception rooms (including a large lounge on the first floor), a good sized kitchen and even a conservatory. Good parking in reserved spot just a few metres away. Beautiful position overlooking park. The area was quiet and felt very safe. Everything was extremely clean and with tasteful decor. Good value. Breakfast things were a very kind added bonus. We used it as a place to stay for going into Leeds, just a short drive away.

I was a bit uncertain about whether we would be met by the host or would get an access code but in the end things worked well.

The house was warm and cosy, very roomy. Just like a home from home. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely decor.

The House is very well maintained and clean. It is also a really nice location, not too far from Wakefield Kirkgate Station. Hosted a few family members that came to visit, and they also complimented the property as a fantastic property.

The electricity went out at about 9am before our checkout which made us uncomfortable as we did not know if this was intentional to make us leave early or if truly there was an electrical fault.
