Very well organised and property is spacious and ideal for our stay. Owner gave clear and concise instructions for property which is always useful.

Syed was very friendly and kind. The property was spotless and clean.

The arrival instructions should be written on the booking confirmation. Putting the property address into google maps doesn’t take you to the designated parking spot. The instructions then being given over the phone while driving isn’t easy. Then for everyone else that arrived, we had to direct them by phone. This is the only improvement I could suggest.

The house was beautiful, with spacious rooms and comfortable stylish furniture. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and everything was very clean. The outlook over the park was lovely and the neighbourhood was very peaceful

Location was quiet and peaceful .. easy walking distance from a train station. The property was well maintained and comfortable.

It would be helpful if car parking instructions were written in a welcome note / e-mail. Finding the property on the estate is a little complicated .. a map to the exact location would be useful on the welcoming e-mail.
