What an amazing house, so well thought out, there was everything you need for the perfect stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. Fantastic accommodation and super friendly host We had the best time and will definitely be returning soon

The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and every room was beautifully decorated. It is in a very central location, close to shops, restaurants and the sea.

Everything. The house was stunning, location incredible. Best staycation ever. So perfect for families. Incredible catered for young children and families. Host was so so lovely

The internal effects are wonderful, if a little overdone for the area. The master bedroom with en suite is lovely and has a great shower. We stayed in this bedroom. All rooms are so well appointed, you could think you were in Richmond not Felixstowe. The small courtyard garden/patio was a great relaxing area. In terms of facilities it could not be much better.

The other 2 double bedrooms have awful cheap mattresses making a good sleep impossible. The 2 children’s bedrooms are on the top floor with a worryingly steep staircase and no handrail. It’s dangerous. The kitchen island is much too big, to move around someone has to move out of your way. It’s not really dog friendly as all the ground flooring has hard surfaces. You get fined if a dog poops in the back yard. At £100 for 2 days we didn’t take our dog. There is a door camera overlooking the back yard/patio. If that’s surveying a private area that not legal.

It was the most beautiful house we have ever booked through booking.com. Set across three floors, we were after something a little more special for our family break, and this delivered even more than we ever expected. Every detail was thought about. The house was exceptionally clean. We could not fault anything. The beds were comfortable for all and the location was perfect, supermarket a few minutes walk one way and the opposite direction was the beach also a few minutes walk. We were lucky to get parking right outside for both cars. There were 7 adults and 2 children, the house seated us all comfortably and it was lovely that we could all sit and have breakfast at the table together. Amanda was the most wonderful host. She responded to all messages and was kind enough to offer us an earlier check-in and check out, which was really helpful for us all. Also, the welcome box was such a lovely surprise and was appreciated by all, even the kids! Thank you again, Amanda, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home it really is special. We would love to return one day.

Only the ring camera on the back garden, but this didn't stop us having an enjoyable stay.

The breakfast box was perfect, just what we needed and the kitchen had every conceivable thing and more within it! The house and bedrooms were beautiful, decor was individual without being OTT and the feel of the place was so friendly and welcoming and also that rare thing of feeling like a home from home. I will recommend it to everyone I know. Every detail had been thought of. Perfect!
