View was lovely and the location was good. Quiet and private. Had dvds.

Messed around with payment options that apparently didn't exist. Shower was mouldy and we couldn't move the shower head otherwise it would leak. WiFi was so bad it was unusable which affected the stay a bit

Nightmare finding it as Road name is a different street. Shower not working properly and tv using poor broadband

it is self-catering, it was lovely clean and tidy, everything was clean in the kitchen ready to use, a nice comfy sofa, a really comfortable bed, bathroom all nice and clean, a cosy little house. the view out of the patio windows was eye catching you could see Ben Nevis mountain. Excellent!

The only thing what could have been better was the shower, there was a switch to put on, to heat the water but unfortunately the water was only Luke warm, most of the time it was cold, it certainly woke us up lol. But it didn't put us off.

Very well equipped super clean and modern decor. Great location with cafe and supermarket across the road, buses every half hour to town.

Shower a bit small and unable to move it incase it leaks. After a day's hike up and down ben nevis a decent shower whould have been lovely

The directions were good to find the cottage. The garden had good views of the mountains. There was sun all day until 7pm in June so was nice to sit out in the evening. Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable and slept well. Towels fluffy. Everything super clean. Overall I was pleased with my stay despite there being a few niggles.

The front door is difficult to unlock - particularly frustrating on arrival. The trick is to push the door slightly inwards. There was a very strong smell of cleaning product when I arrived (polish/surface cleaner?) which never entirely went away despite having french doors open alot. The shower cubicle is very compact. The temperature of the water fluctuated and went cold on me a few times - managed to coax it back to being warm.

The keys were easily accessible by the front door in a key safe. The property was well decorated and kept nice. There was a large TV with good wi-fi. The bed was comfortable and they had an oven/hobs etc.

There was a musty/damp smell in the bedroom, (think it was coming from the carpet in the wardrobe) and seemed worse on the second night. It was not pleasant. Also, the shower was very small and after waiting ages for hot water, the shower water still did not get very hot. Also, the fridge did not get very cold and was up to 6, (full) and the microwave needs replacing as it had rust on the inside. In terms of places to eat in the evening, there wasn’t really any in distance. A pub was listed in the cottage information pack, which said it was a 10-minute walk, but it was more like a 20/25-minute walk (and not a pleasant one along a busy road passing an ice factory and fish factory).
