Que te una diacoteca a sota oberta fins les tres i no es pot dormir. No es gens recomenable

It was great location, very clean and confortable, breakfast was good.Hotel itself is perfect.

The noisy from the bar downstairs was until 2 am.

Collocato al centro di Malta in un passaggio pedonale dove si possono trovare ristoranti e negozi vari. Camera spaziosa, pulita e sempre in ordine

Non c’è nulla in particolare che non sia piaciuto della struttura, forse essere più presenti per più ore nella reception.

Very clean and tidy. Tea, coffee & water supplied in room. Good air con and TV. Nice large shower with shower gel etc. Breakfast has good buffet options and pleasant staff taking orders if you want light cooked food: eggs, bacon, sausages. If you want to be central with the party vibe King Charles Boutique is perfect. I'd stay there again.

On arrival it wasn't easy to get into the property. Reception consists of a check-in machine that didn't work as it should have. Steps 1 and 2 worked but then It malfunctioned! We were eventually helped by a member of staff after a stressful 10 minutes pressing the outside buzzer and shouting to be heard as it's extremely noisy.

The room we stayed in was directly above the club with crowds under the windows and insanely loud music until 4am. As there are no staff on site there was noone to help dealing with this. The provided numbers did not work/ we got no answer. They are charging 180euros per night for lower than party hostel experience. The next day we also got stuck in an elevator. The emergency call didn't work, but luckily there were cleaning ladies who helped us to get out.. Worst part is that we contacted the property and exchanged numerous emails where they asked several times to explain the situation and eventually agreed to a partial refund just asked to do it directly via booking for them to proceed it easier. After making us waste all this time explaining everything three times, they at the end refused to issue any refund and became unreachable. Unfair business- would never come back.

La struttura è nuova ed arredata benissimo. La posizione ottima, lo staff disponibile e gentile.

Sapevamo che la zona fosse piena di locali ed eravamo preparati ad avere poca insonorizzazione, peccato invece non ci sia nemmeno internamente tra le stanze.
